Luxury SPA Advisor

Vintage Hotels is seeking a Luxury Spa Advisor who will contribute to the functioning of the spa through sales and clerical duties.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Providing personalized and exceptional Guest service at every given opportunity.
• Performs telephone answering duties comprising of: reserving appointments, answering inquiries, upselling of spa services.
• Ability to work in a high volume call setting, while remaining calm and offering exceptional customer service at all times.

Professional Requirements :

• Excellent computer skills.
• Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Proven ability to provide excellent Guest service.
• Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.

Salary : $16.15-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience :

• massage therapy: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Massage Therapist Certification (preferred)
