- Job Summary :_
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for a variety of accounts payable tasks such as drafting bank reconciliation reports, processing credit card statements, review and reconcile transactions, record and categorize expenses, etc.
- Responsibilities _
- Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly. Perform back reconciliations, verify accounts and transactions of bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Communicate with various department supervisors regarding approval process for various invoices received from suppliers.
- Create bank analysis and reports, when requested by the Finance Department. Data entry for Human Resources, when needed.
- Create expense reports in Nexonia for various credit card statements. Perform additional related tasks as required.
- Qualifications :_
- Minimum Graduated/In process of graduation of College (Qc) or AEC(Qc) matter of specific.
- Preferred Bookkeeping.
- 1 year of experience in accounting
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in English
- French is preferred.
Job Type : Part-time
Pay: $34,030.95-$37,018.74 per year
