The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to be a solid representation of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Account Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.Regularly communicate with clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.Upselling and Cross-selling:Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing clients.Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.Present new products or features to clients and demonstrate their value.Travel and Client Visits:Conduct periodic travel to visit key clients and build in-person relationships.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and identify potential business opportunities.Provide on-site support and assistance when necessary.Product Knowledge and Training:Stay informed about the manufacturing company's products, services, and industry trends.Provide training to clients on new products or features, ensuring they are fully utilized and optimized.Sales Reporting and Forecasting:Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the ERP system.Provide regular reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts to the sales manager. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales efforts.
