Summary of Work Environment and Work Performed : The successful applicant will work together with other members of the sales team as well as customer service and shipping personnel to ensure a high level of overall service to our customers. In general, the successful applicant will ensure that customers receive professional sales assistance and service during all of their dealings with us.
Specific Duties : Daily duties: Greet customers at the order desk and provide product and pricing information as required
Input sales orders into the computer
Handle and process payments for cash sale orders in an accurate and responsible manner
Deal with order inquiries related to stock, delivery status and pricing both from customers and from our sales team
Input product quotes and estimates into our computer system and forward these to customers
Provide follow up sales assistance as required by customers
