This program celebrates and ranks independent Canadian businesses by the percentage of their revenue growth over three years.Responsibilities:• Assist the Clinic Leader with the following tasks:o Review, confirm and complete payroll entries in software.o Prepare and submit invoices and deposits.o Ensure collection of billing errors and payment of private invoices.o Facilitate completion and submission of incident reports.o Ensure facility maintenance by communicating with building superintendent or handyman and escalate to Clinic Leader when required.o Ordering supplies and monitor usage.o Coordinate NOSM student schedule.o Ensure ongoing staff certification (BCLS, IPAC, WHMIS, H&S, etc.).o Planning and organizing social events.o Compiling data, records, employee & radiologist information for CPSO Inspections.• Take sick calls and ensure coverage during vacations and absences of technical supervisors.• Cover Patient Care Representative and transcription work when required.• New staff training for Patient Care Representatives.• Manage patient and physician concerns in a timely fashion and escalate to Clinic Leader as required.• Record and document all clinic staff meeting minutes on MyHealth meeting template.• Collaborate with JHSC committee.• Positively influence and lead staff members, as well as physicians.• Collect inter-office mail or supplies between respective locations.Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:• 0-2 years of secretarial experience.• Diploma in Office Administration or related field.• Medical terminology and transcription experience required. • Typing speed minimum of 50 WPM. • Willing to travel to other sites, when required.• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to changing environments and clients.• Self-starter that thrives in entrepreneurial environments.• Excellent written and oral presentation skills with ability to engage, inspire, and build credibility.• Demonstrate reliability and flexibility.• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with excellent patient care.• Demonstrate effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.Personal:Have a cheerful, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with others as well as the ability to work independently and treat everyone with respect, dignity, and kindness.WELL Health Diagnostic Centres offers an excellent remuneration package including; competitive wages, medical and dental benefits, training & development assistance, various corporate discounts, unique benefits, and referral bonuses.Follow us on LinkedIn: WELL Health Diagnostic Centres welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
