Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Enter and update customer information in the database accurately
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery

Experience :

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell products or services
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices

Salary : $18.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
