We are looking for a full time E-Commerce Coordinator who is results-driven, customer service-focused, and determined to help take our website operations to the next level. The position will be Remotely Based within the Greater Vancouver Area (occasional travel to the Burnaby warehouse is required - future hybrid model ) . The team member we are looking for must possess outstanding copywriting skills — the ability to craft memorable, original content that stands out. As an eCommerce coordinator, you will mainly be responsible for creating new product listings, developing existing content for already listed items, improving online traffic & product search results, assisting customer service, and assisting with other on-going projects.

Website Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for creating all product listings, landing pages and updates on the website. You are efficient, accurate and precise. When crafting content, you utilize all the current best practices to ensure that all pages are optimized to maximize on page SEO and is engaging.
· Work closely with internal and external partners to obtain product information and to create new content (description, specifications, imagery, etc) that is accurate, precise and engaging.
· Monitor and improve existing listings to ensure consistency and execute changes as required
· Optimize webpages to maximize on page SEO. Utilizing compelling meta descriptions and SEMRush’s / Moz/ Ahref / Google Keyword Manager or similar tools to increase organic search rankings.
· Assist with BigCommerce platform support, supporting customer service with requests related to specific orders and customers. (Experience with any e-commerce platform is preferred)
Amazon Responsibilities:
You will be creating and updating Amazon listings for existing and new products. Experience with Seller Central will separate you from other candidates. Identifying opportunities, monitoring listings, and maintaining account health are all vital to this position.
· Creating listings for products with and without existing ASINs.
· Experience with FBA and FBM.
· Amazon Ads and Vendor Central experience is a bonus!
Marketing Responsibilities:
You are our wordsmith and copyrighter! Your attention to detail is second to none and you are able to craft engaging, elegant content – whether it’s a single sentence or an entire page. This part of the role crosses boundaries and assists with all departments.
Skills and Qualifications
· Proven experience creating engaging SEO optimized content (2 years +)
· Amazon Seller Central (2 years +)
· BigCommerce, Shopify, or equivalent (2 years +)
· Microsoft/Adobe/Android/iOS experience
· Microsoft Office – You should be familiar with using basic formulas in excel (vlookup, countif)
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Fluent in written and spoken English – Must be able to proofread/copyright and edit digital content
· Ability to edit templates or create new templates in HTML (landing pages, emails)
