Our client, operating within the property management sector, is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their Payroll team. You will join another Payroll & Benefits Specialist, the Payroll Accountant, Payroll Analyst and Payroll Director in ensuring all employees are paid without any errors. As the Payroll & Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for full cycle payroll and benefits administration and be one of the main points of contact for any payroll or benefit related queried. Responsibilities: Process payroll for 350+ employees bi-monthly Manage Benefits Administration including updates, new hire orientation, employee status changes Conduct Payroll reconciliations and journal entries Job Requirements: Qualifications: 3+ years processing full cycle payroll Experience with Ceridian Dayforce Experience in processing union payroll is considered an asset Excellent written and oral communication skills Intermediate Excel skills This role offers long term growth with a great company, competitive compensation and a fantastic overall compensation package!
