Reporting to the VP, Creditor Insurance, this role will direct the portfolio prioritization, planning & delivery of creditor projects and initiatives aligned with business strategy. The incumbent will establish & implement strong governance & processes for decision making and prioritization, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business, IT and distribution. This role will also oversee the creditor project portfolio budget spend, monthly reporting and coordination with key stakeholders with regular updates. This is a key member of the Creditor leadership team, charged with executing against an ambitious and achievable 4 yr strategy. They will act as a thought leader, change agent, influencer, strategist, communicator, and subject matter expert in moving the Creditor business forward. How you will create impact: Accountable for portfolio planning & prioritization of Creditor projects/initiatives aligned with business strategy Responsible for the end-to-end execution of the deliverables under the Program, ensuring projects are aligned to established Corporate methodologies and best practices Develop and implement alignment models to ensure cohesive collaboration between organizational strategy & agile delivery teams Collaborate with leadership to align strategies with business objectives. Leads Creditor initiative program planning; builds and maintains a shared multi-year roadmap Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure successful alignment of initiatives to strategic objectives. Introduces and maintains modern tools (e.g. Jira) to enable teams to dynamically plan, track and manage portfolio projects Responsible for establishing & maintaining strong governance and processes for decision making & prioritization, working closely and collaboratively with Agile Product Owners, as well as partners in the business, IT and distribution Oversees Creditor portfolio project budget, spend and monthly reporting through Enterprise Project Management Office Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, transparency, and continuous improvement How you will succeed: You build trusting relationships and provide feedback to enable the successful development of your team and colleagues. To join our team: 8-10 years experience in Project/Program leadership & delivery. PMP or PGMP designation is a plus Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) is a plus Proven experience in understanding business strategy, and aligning & creating shared roadmaps/visuals to support Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills Ability to work with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Working knowledge of insurance operations, products, practices and processes What you need to know: You will be subject to a Background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
