Must be able to maintain a clean and organized table set up along with stations (servers station, pop machine, etc)
Must be able to manage time accordingly based on tables and/or Bar rush times
Must have a professional and positive attitude while giving excellent costumer service to each one of our guest.
Must be prepared to do these duties and other side duties as assigned by management.
WHAT EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS DO YOU NEED?
- 1 + years experience
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Understanding and knowledge of the fine dining restaurant industry is definite asset
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Neat, well-groomed appearance
- Efficient and accurate use of POS system
- Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to spills or other special needs
- Wine Knowledge
- Properly open and pour wine at the table side
- Smart Serve Certified
- Above all the willingness to learn with a positive attitude
