Do you have experience in the transport industry? Our client is currently looking for a bilingual dispatcher to service their clients needs and coordinate orders with drivers. This person will have several different tasks as part of the ongoing day to day measures. Apply Now! melissa.cumetti@randstad.ca philippe.pilon@randstad.ca Advantages Full time Monday to Friday morning shift - Salary depending on experience, 55-75k - Free parking - Work for a team oriented, creative, and innovative company - Eligible for company benefit package - Room for growth and advancement, salary revisions Responsibilities - Collaborate with several departments to address client needs - Ensure to have all required information for each client’s dossier - Prepare quotes, input information and process orders - Order entry into CRM database and Excel - Assist sales team with all administrative duties - Follow-up on project status - Attention to detail , resolving payment issues - Dispatch truck carriers, prepare routes, plan the deliveries - Follow up with drivers on route - Answer customer inquiries about any orders via phone or email Qualifications At least 4 year in Dispatch or Customer Service in the Transport or Distribution industry Looking for someone who is self-motivated Good geographical knowledge of Quebec and Ottawa is an asset Someone who is good at solving problems Bilingual (spoken and written fluently) Dynamic, passionate and not afraid to make errors Excellent knowledge of MS Office Working in a fast pace environment Summary At Randstad, we are here to help you find the right combination for you.
