Reporting to the Director Of Operations, the Contents Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in managing and conducting various general contents/cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job.  The tasks and the time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require.  ServiceMaster Restore maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion. Primary Responsibilities: Approach all aspect of the work being performed with safety as the highest priority. Prior to project start, assist in creating and revising preliminary master schedules for production staff, detailing the sequence of all work to be performed. Coordinate and supervise Pack outs in customers business or dwellings Coordinate and supervise contents cleaning at our facilities as a result of smoke/fire/water damages Prepare non-restorable contents list for our customers Assist the Project Manager with a working schedule for the purpose of estimating. Ensure company vehicle policies are adhered to and enforced. Actively participate to finalize priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary lead times. Enter production project information into Restore software system. Provide job specific information to project managers, project managers assistants, production staff, adjusters, owners, sub-contractors and vendors as necessary. Research and investigate new technologies (equipment, processes, products, etc.). Manages safety notifications and communication to the contents production staff. Review contents handling/cleaning jobs  assigned daily and communicate with other associates involved as neededCheck routing and directions to each job as requiredInspect materials and equipment required for the scheduled jobs is in good working order and loaded on company vehicles prior to leaving the officeCreate a requisition for materials and equipment needed for pick-up at the end of each working week Client Site DutiesComplete jobs to specifications to customer’s satisfactionInspect the work completed to ensure the job meets ServiceMaster standards and customer requirementsFacilitate customer inspection of the job after completion, request customer signs off on the form indicating their satisfaction, and process payment for work completedHandle re-service requests promptly and courteouslyMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project with the Property Owner, Insurance Adjuster, Insurance Company and or Corporate Client.  Physical RequirementsThis position requires a high level of physical exertion.  Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required.     This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
