Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineering Technologist/Draftsperson at SACL in Ottawa, ON. The Technologist will be responsible for various geotechnical quality control testing, surveying, and other testing-related tasks. The Civil Engineering Technologist/Draftsperson will work under the supervision of a professional engineer and will assist in various aspects of geotechnical and foundation engineering projects.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Drafting and Technical Drawing skills
- Experience in Civil Engineering Drawings
- Highly Proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Ottawa, ON.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in geotechnical and foundation engineering is a plus
