The busy and growing wine store is looking for a competent sales manager who will be planning, organizing and controlling everyday operations of the store. Position responsibilities: Plan, direct and evaluate the daily operations of the wine store Recruit and manage staff and assign duties to ensure the store is running smoothly Keep the fresh knowledge of the current wine market and the customers' needs to make necessary and strategic changes Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies Source and negotiate with vendors and/or contractors when necessary Oversee marketing financial management, including planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, and monitoring revenues Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues if necessary Compile monthly report Dealwith any other possible contingenciesCompletion of secondary school is required.
