Job Overview
We are seeking experienced superintendents to add to our team with responsibility for coordinating mid to large-scale projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
Primary Responsibilities Include :

Complete projects safely on time and on budget
-
Manage on-site construction plan including schedule and logistics
-
Coordinate and organize all sub trade and on-site activity
-
Supervise and mentor site personnel
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications Required :
- 5-15 years’ experience in commercial and residential construction (wood frame and concrete) in a superintendent role
- A trade certification or relevant technical diploma
- Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling and safety regulations
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving ability and follow through

Salary : $68,305.70-$154,864.65 per year
