Central Utility Services is recruiting a full-time Skilled Laborer. This position reports to our facility yard location in Langford, BC. If you are looking for a new challenge and are willing to learn and grow; this is a great opportunity in a dynamic team environment!
Your typical day will include :
- Pole-hole excavation
- Anchor excavation
- Hand-digging
- Material stocking
- General yard duties
- Additional duties as required
Qualifications required
- Only those with a Class 5 will be considered (preference will be given to those with a class 3 with air brakes endorsement)
- Physically demanding role working outside in various weather conditions
- Punctual, consistent, and reliable
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to travel at times
- Ability to work evenings or weekends on an as needed basis
