Business Analyst

Join one of our top clients in their dynamic Business Technology Services (BTS) division as a Business Analyst (BA) for the Cyber Security & IT Resiliency (CSITR) Program. Reporting to a Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with BTS stakeholders and various departments across the enterprise to drive cyber security initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our organization's transformation journey towards enhanced innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end business analysis services, defining and documenting project objectives, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead stakeholder discussions to interpret and analyze requirements using various techniques.
• Document detailed business requirements and system designs in alignment with project methodology.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project deliverables.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and support the development of change management strategies.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, and testing strategies.
• Facilitate BA-related communications and maintain relevant documentation.

Deliverables:

• Requirements documentation, use case documents, and process diagrams.
• Fit-gap analysis documents and stakeholder impact assessments.
• Decision analysis and supporting documents.
• Standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials.
• Testing documents and program status reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure.
• Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects with organization-wide impacts.
• Bachelor's degree with formal business analyst training.
• 7+ years of business analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Microsoft Visio.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
