Opportunity: P&R Truck Centre has an exciting opening for a Parts Technician in our Victoria locations. Working on the front line with our customers, the Parts Technician will contribute in one of Canada's best managed companies. Responsibilities: Sell, store, and supply parts to external customers Distribute parts to internal repair shops customer focused technical role that requires variety of skills Skill Set: Customer service focused to service and maintain a base of loyal customer Responsible for customer relations including resolving customer concerns. Strong critical thinking skills to implement workflow procedures and continuous improvement initiatives for the parts department. Computer use including processing parts and supplies, maintaining records, preparing orders, posting receipts, sales contracts, stock adjustments and credit requests. Following the inventory and merchandising processes while upkeeping the retail display. Requirements: Experience in heavy duty parts department Class 5 driver's license Apprentice to Journeyman Parts Technician trade ticket an asset but not required Job Posted by ApplicantPro
