Role and responsibilities :
- Receiving and filling prescriptions
- Prepare blister pack medication packages
- Third party insurance billing
- Inventory management (receive and place order, expiry check & return the expiry goods)
- Manage cash register
- Answer phone call and respond to patient queries
- Other duties as assigned by the pharmacist manager
Qualification :
- Experience as a Pharmacy assistant/Technician is preferred
- Experience with “Kroll” computer system is preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team
- Registered with Alberta college of pharmacy or graduated from an accredited pharmacy program is a plus
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
Salary : $15.00-$25.00 per hour
