Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work setting Fast food outlet or concession Tasks Requisition food and kitchen supplies Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Address customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Establish work schedules Inspect to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained Food safety/handling skills Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
