Lending Services Representative

You're invited to make a difference as a full-time Lending Services Representative in our Elmira Branch**

Key Responsibilities

• Produce documentation for loans, coordinates process to register securities, ensure conditions are met, and advance funds.
• Provide member service supporting members needing or inquiring about payment changes, loan renewals, creditor insurance, overdraft protection, personal or business credit cards, etc.
• Support branch lenders with administrative support to proactively manage the branch’s loan portfolio.
• Supports credit quality assurance program through loan audits, credit file management, loan reviews, and other responsibilities.

Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience :

• Some post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or accounting
• 2-3 years of related experience, in financial services, bookkeeping, or customer service
• Strong technical skills
• Previous credit or real estate experience is a definite asset
