Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Tasks Prepare production and other reports Train or arrange for training of crew Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products Set up machines Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers Requisition materials and supplies Program CNC machine tools Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English or French Hours: 40 hours per week
