Our client is a leading provider of software and services to a select group of public and private sector markets. The role is open due to growth/promotion, and acts as a right-hand to the divisional President. It is a strategically focused role, including;

  • Identifying business opportunities,
  • Executing strategic roadmaps and,
  • Driving organic growth initiatives for the business.

This role is designed to help develop an understanding of best practice framework for investing with a view to deployment to a Senior level role in Operations or M&A. Duties and responsibilities include leading initiatives and special projects, financial analysis and financial modelling for quarterly business reviews, improving financial and operational performance and M&A activities including exposure to the entire software acquisition cycle, ranging from evaluation of acquisition opportunities, financial modelling, and due diligence.

The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of progressive experience in a top tier consulting firm, M&A function, investment banking , or private equity firm combined with a CFA, CPA or MBA.
