  • Workforce Planning, Staffing and Talent Management : Supporting the market workforce plan by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, and managing recruiting database. Developing people to address competency needs and retain qualified talent aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • People Strategy : Staying current on best practices and trends related to hiring, recruiting, onboarding and store training. Assisting the restaurants by providing leadership, coaching and expertise with all activities that support the market hiring and recruiting.
  • Hiring Metrics and Reporting : Ensuring compliance and enforcement of human resource management and provincial compensation laws, standards and rules. Making informed business decisions using financial and operating information to align human resources with the business strategy.
  • Knowledge of Restaurant Operation and System : Inspiring a team, instilling a sense of pride, and creating a culture that helps deliver the world’s best Quick Service Restaurant experience
