North Lakes Developments & Construction - Residential Construction Labourer

North Lakes Developments & Construction has a new and exciting opportunity for a Skilled, Hardworking and Experienced Construction Labourer at our Interior construction sites.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has solid experience in the field. This position requires good communication, quality workmanship and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of quality work onsite for our clients
• Safely operate various hand, power and air tools
• Work efficiently alone or as part of a team
• Exercise safe work practices and procedures
• Thrives in fast-paced working environments and is flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Handle material, prepare work areas and other duties as required
• Ability to commute to job sites mostly within the Durham Region
• Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting, including records of time, expenses and materials

Qualifications

• Proficiency with power tools
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects that meet or exceed client expectations
• Efficient at installing drywall, tape, floors, kitchen, bathroom and tiles
• Skilled at precision measuring
• Problem Solving Skills
• Aptitude for physically demanding work
• First Aid training, Equipment training and other certifications an asset
