As our newest team member, you will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up care. Join us in advancing eye health and enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment. This role is a Part Time, permanent position working 20-29 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.What Will You Be Doing? Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinicChecking patients both in and out of the officeCommunicating with patients in person, by phone, and by emailBilling the patient, their medical service provider and other third partiesAdministering pre-testing servicesManaging appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and paymentsUpholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills What Do You Bring? Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environmentConfidence working in a fast-paced environmentA high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people We appreciate your interest in FYidoctors and hope it didn't take too much time to apply.
