We are looking for a Human Resources Analytics and Organizational Development Advisor

Reporting to the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility and Organizational Development, the Human Resources (HR) Analytics and Organizational Development Advisor , will contribute to the Museums overall diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. He will be responsible for, developing a methodology to establish performance measurement, metrics and statistics, compiling and analyzing data to make recommendations related to various HR components, and preparing dashboards and reports for senior management. He will also be responsible for liaising and facilitating learning and talent development initiatives across the organization and ensuring compliance on a number of issues such as official languages and employment equity.

You have Five (5) years of relevant experience in :

  • Compiling and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and statistics to identify trends and patterns for presentations and reports
  • Managing HR programs such as employee recognition, employment equity, official languages, diversity and inclusion, etc;
  • Learning and organizational development;
  • Establishing or working with key performance indicators;
  • Establishing strategies to collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources;
  • HR and data management systems and change management and evaluation tools;
  • Renewal and implementation of policies and procedures;
  • Providing advice to staff and managers.

Knowledge of :

  • Human resources, organizational and skills development programs and policies;
  • Data and information collection and analysis methods;
  • Organizational transformation and change management;
  • Project management principles;
  • the Official Languages Act, the Employment Equity Act, the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Multiculturalism Act;
  • MS Office (Word, PPT) at an Intermediate to advanced level;
  • MS Office Excel at an advanced level.

Education :University degree in human resource management, statistics, data analysis, organizational development, monitoring and evaluation or related field or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent. An accreditation with an HR association would be an asset.
