What Will You Do?

Responsibilities :

• Assist accounts receivable by sorting cheques, keying the deposit into the system, and preparing the bank deposit.
• Posting cash/reconciling payments/processing cheques, preparing them for deposit, preparing deposit sheets
• Reconciling to A/R control total daily and month end reconciling the bank
• Processing credit card payments
• Submitting invoices for payment on various customers web portals
• Checking payment status of unpaid pros on customers websites
• Assist in printing and delivery of reports, bills, and statements.
• Cross reference statements with pros and follow appropriate customer requirements.
• Match pro bills with the correct POD for review by credit.
• Data entry as needed.
• There is no invoicing duties/no collection activity/no solving invoicing discrepancies.
• All other duties as required.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Maintains confidentiality.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Positive attitude and a willingness to work as a team to meet all the demands of a growing driver services department.
