SmartCell Communications is the largest TELUS Koodo Authorized Dealer in Ontario. We are looking for an energetic and organized individual to fulfill a Team Lead vacancy in our Kitchener location. This is a full time (9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday) opportunity for the right individual wanting to be a part of an energetic and fun team while learning and growing in a fast-paced industry.

For this position, you will be required to:

  • Process client wireless orders (activations, renewals and accessory sales)
  • Interact with our clients by phone and in person with order inquiries while working alongside our experienced staff
  • Assist with sales administration duties within the office
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements :

  • Must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and history
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer orientation and ability to interact with different character types
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and manage time effectively
  • Be computer-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs
  • Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred
  • Wireless industry experience is not essential but is considered an asset
