Parts Advisor

Expressway Trucks is one of Canada's premiere Volvo & Hino Truck Dealers, and is Southwestern Ontario's leading truck sales and service provider. Our Ayr location, located just outside of Kitchener right off of the 401, is looking for a full-time Parts Advisor for our swing shift (2 weeks days/2 weeks afternoons) .

We are offering an afternoon shift incentive for the Parts Advisor (swing shift) position, as well as the opportunity to be included in our monthly Parts Advisor incentive program .

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Look after and service customers at the front counter and answer customer phone calls.
• Provide price quotes and part information to customers.
• Take customer orders over the phone and in person, check inventory for parts, and order parts for customers if not in stock.
• Invoice customers, process sales, and take methods of payment.
• Stock and maintain the items in the showroom in a neat and organized manner.
• Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Previous work experience in a similar position.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and experience of Karmak are great assets.
• Mechanically inclined and knowledgeable of heavy trucks and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
