As a Technical Support Lead are responsible for:

  • Under general direction, develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Assist the conventional oil sales groups to ensure the needs and requirements of all customers
  • Responding to inquiries from field personnel and provide expert advice and assistance on the development of corrosion control for the Oil and Gas Industry
  • Communicate BHI’s technical programs to our customers Asset Integrity Groups, Production/Technical Managers and Operations personnel in Calgary and major field offices
  • Manage and facilitate research projects to enhance BPC’s strategic position in various Oil and Gas market segments

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will :

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering/ Chemistry or related field
  • Previous experience in managing projects of various sizes from conception to completion
  • Technical knowledge of all aspects relating to oil and gas production including downhole, pipelines and facilities
  • Knowledge of Pipeline Assessments and the principles of root cause failure investigation as it applies to oilfield corrosion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven ability to lead and influence others that are not direct reports
