However, they all share a common characteristic: being empowering leaders who prioritize the well-being of their team members.   As a Team Leader in your restaurant, you will work alongside the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and play a crucial role in delivering our core operations to the highest standards.   Your responsibilities will include coaching and guiding your team to ensure a dependable and consistent experience for our customers. As a Team Leader, you will: Delight our guests by running the shop floor to a high standard, overseeing your team’s performance, and supporting management when needed. Be at the heart of our restaurants, setting up and closing shifts, performing admin duties to maintain safety and excellent quality in your restaurant.
