This front-line position in our busy parts department is responsible for helping customers both in person and over the phone and is the main contact for both internal and external customers.
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of tires, accessories, and automotive parts
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Superior Communication skills
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
- Happy to help attitude with a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Motivated to succeed and grow
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated familiarity with automotive parts vendors
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Keeping current with all the latest and greatest aftermarket accessories
- Maintaining an intimate knowledge of in stock parts, accessories, and tires
- Knowing which suppliers to order from
- Prepare estimates and order parts and accessories under tight time constraints
- Build and maintain a reputation of being a top-notch advisor within our dealership
