We are looking for reliable individuals who will be responsible in the daily operations of the company site locations. The position will require travelling around Central Alberta.
Requirements :
- Must have Traffic Control Training Certification and experience.
- Willing to work flexible hours and overtime in various locations.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
- Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Complying with safe working procedures and practices on every job site.
- CSTS an asset.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job site locations.
Responsibilities :
- Signage setup and take down.
- Protect workers and the public by keeping workspace free of traffic and warning oncoming traffic of potential hazards.
- Communicate effectively with other traffic control workers using established signals and radio equipment to ensure the smooth flow of traffic and minimize confusion.
- Remain alert and aware of surroundings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Types : Part-time, Casual
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
