What you will do Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including operations, reliability, and automation engineers to support safe and reliable unit operations Work with cross functional teams to identify, develop and implement operational and facility improvements with focus on safety, reliability, economics and sustainability Effectively communicate status of unit operation, improvement opportunities and operating costs to various stakeholders Participate in risk assessments, root cause investigations, corporate networks and communities of practice Own unit mass balance to support energy and cost reporting, as well as annual long term plan development About you Skills and Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent) Demonstrated leadership and strong academic skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required for the role Preferred Qualifications/ Experience Previous industry experience is considered beneficial, but not essential Highly motivated, enthusiastic, results-oriented individuals who are energized by working with people and by achieving superior results Start date: September 2024 Location: Sarnia, ON​​​​​​​Other considerations We will carefully review your application, recognizing and appreciating the time and effort you put into it.
