Title: Dispatch and Carrier Relations Location: Vaudreuil Industry: Transportation 3PL One of the largest North America and fast-growing transportation companies is looking to add to their team! Advantages - Vaudreuil: office location 8-5 Monday thru Friday. Sometimes 4pm departures. - Salary depended on experience, ranges from 45-50k - Quarterly evaluations based on productivity - Friday lunches paid for company - Hybrid work model (2-3 days a week from home after training) - Company Laptop and Cellphone - Parking on site - Excellent working environment - Benefit Plans and RSP (up to 4% match) - 2 weeks vacation to start - Work hard, play hard team Responsibilities - Responsible for relations with carriers, booking loads and organizing shipments - Scan and index different documents (proof of delivery, etc.) in software - Process payment to carriers for certain movements - Pay weekly manifests for drivers - Verify that the PO number has been entered into Software by the team leader for reimbursement to drivers - Track and Trace - Support for team members during vacations and Holidays. Qualifications - 1 year experience in the Transport industry - Experience in a similar position or customer service - English is necessary - Detail-oriented - Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines - Knowledge of the transportation industry, an asset - Good oral and written communication skills - Ability to work in a team Summary Focusing the Transport & Logistics industry, we are here to help you find the right job in this field.
