Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator Location: DDO Do you have experience with logistics and inventory within multiple warehouses with cross-docking experience? Do you have good customer service? Advantages - Permanent full time position Monday to Friday - Salary ranges between 52,000 - 58,000 - Annual bonus plan - Insurance benefits (Medical, Dental) 100% covered by employer - Great company events (work parties, events, lunches) - Work hard play hard environment - After training, hybrid work model Responsibilities • Coordinate cross-dock and consolidated orders within 3PL warehouses • Release orders and delivery to customers while monitoring all stages from order creation to delivery • Investigation of shortages, damages, and discrepancies • Monthly audit of inventory adjustments and pending investigations • Taking part in new VMI program launches • Customer requirements review, warehouse onboarding, alignment of expectations with service providers • Operational support for assigned VMI programs Qualifications • Must be fluent in English (written/spoken) as most dealings are with US market • Detail-oriented and have an analytical and problem-solving mindset • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics • Good clear communicator in person and via telephone and email • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks • Ability to work independently and on a team • Resourceful and organized • Has a good sense of judgment • Team player in a very collaborative open environment • Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with deadlines • Computer skills: Excel-Outlook-Word, prior SAPB1 experience an asset Summary Focusing the Transport & Logistics industry, we are here to help you find the right job in this field.
