*Cashier - Big Truck Spa and Se ice* *Permanent full-time* *Milton, Ontario* *Full Job Descripti - The Ca - er and the Wash - y is responsi le for pro - ing exception - customer - rvice, handling - nsactions accurate y, and ensuring customers have - positive experience This - e involves gr - ing customers - rocessing payme - , answeri - inquiries, an - aintaining a n and organized cashier area - *Job Responsibilities* - Greet customers warmly and assist them with their service need - Provide i - rmation about wash bay services, pri g, and promotions - Addr s and resolve customer complaints or refer them to the appropriate personnel - Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the point-of-sale system - Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile any discrepancies - Ensure promotional materials and informational brochures are available and properly displayed - Perform light cleaning duties as needed to maintain a tidy work environment - Assist with answering phone calls and scheduling appointments - Help maintain inventory of supplies and inform management of low stock *Requirements and Skills* - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred - Experience in an automative or service industry is a plus - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience in the automative, transportation, or logistics industry is a plus - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally - Ability to stand for extended periods - Occasionally lift and/or move items up to 25 lbs *Hours of Work* Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: - On-site parking - Paid time off Day range: - Every Weekend - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Shift: - 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Milton, ON L9T 5J3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Experience: - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
