Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Package Handler/Non-Driver at FedEx Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient sorting and delivery of packages.

• Load and unload freight, scan, and sort packages within the facility.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and productivity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 70 lbs and maneuvering packages up to 150 lbs with assistance.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts based on business needs.
• Valid driver's license (Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) and a clean driving record required for some locations.
