WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Coordinate loading efforts
- Perform QC checks and maintain daily load sheet reports
- Handle employee issues and conduct minor disciplinary actions as needed
- Lead safety meetings and daily reports
- Oversee a small crew
- Operate equipment when needed
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Previous mining experience with a strong safety background
- Mechanically inclined (basic maintenance tasks)
- Class 1 or 3 license with Air Endorsement
- Experience in site management and reporting
