Are you an innovative project manager passionate about team leadership and customer service? Join our team as the Manager, Student Advising & Operations, where you will play a pivotal role in strategizing and supervising the activities of our student advising team. Reporting to the Director, Student Support, you will develop, deliver and evaluate a broad range of advising services to meet the diverse needs of Seneca students and support them through all phases of their experience from the time of admission to graduation, while ensuring equity, diversity, and inclusion in operations. Through this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in students’ lives by shaping the academic support they receive at Seneca.Here's What’s on Your Horizon  Provide strategic leadership and operational management for advising programs and student support services across Seneca.Lead a team of student advisers, providing training, timelines, and guidance to ensure everyone is supported in their success.Utilize strong project management and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce, PeopleSoft) to modernize and streamline operational policies and procedures.Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and foster collaboration by participating on relevant committees.Are You Our Ideal Manager of Student Advising?  We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on continuous improvement to lead the student advising team to success. In addition, we have the following qualifications in mind:5 years of experience in Student Advising, Counselling, Higher Education Support, Customer Service, Community Agencies, or another relevant area.A diploma or degree in Counselling, Business Administration or another related field.
