Our federal government client is seeking a Project Administrator to join their team and provide clerical, administrative, and technical support. This is a one-year contract performed on a full-time basis in Ottawa. A hybrid work schedule will be at the discretion of the client.

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience providing administrative and technical support to a project team
  • Degree in project management, business/administration, or related
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Publisher, Excel, and Outlook (mail merge)
  • Demonstratable experience providing data entry, maintenance, and quality assurance
  • Skilled in quantitative analysis with SPSS
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • To be a Canadian citizen who has or is able to acquire a Reliability-level security clearance

About the role

If hired, you will:

  • Provide clerical and technical support to the project team.
  • Prepare and distribute survey administration documentation.
  • Coordinate study invitations and manage correspondence.
  • Utilize software to prepare graphs, charts, and tables for reports and presentations.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data entry, merging, and basic analysis.
