Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $25.61/Hr. - CAD $27.31/Hr. Apply today to join our team!As a Cook, you will:Prepare, serve and store a variety of food and snack items while reporting to the Manager of the Adult Day Centre, and working within the program’s goals and objectives.Assist program workers clients in baking projects and other activities suitable in the kitchen area.Maintains the cleanliness of work areas. Qualifications Education & ExperienceGraduation from a recognized 12 month program in cooking and recent, related experience cooking for seniors, including those with modified diet and/or food texture needs, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.Current Food Safe Certificate required.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to communicate both verbally and in writing.Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.Ability to operate related equipment.Ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
