Civil Engineer

We're searching for talented Civil Engineers (EIT or P.Eng) with water or wastewater system experience to join our exciting North Vancouver-based client. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
  • Design and analyze civil structures and systems, with a strong emphasis on water and wastewater systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and codes.
  • Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prepare technical documents and reports.
  • Conduct site visits and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and registered EIT or P.Eng. with EGBC.
  • 3+ years experience working on wastewater and water system infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of BC municipal design standards and work on municipal projects is an asset.
  • Strong technical skills in design and analysis.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Adaptability for varied engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
  • Experience working for a consultancy is a preference.
  • Commitment to safety and sustainability.

Work model: 100% onsite in North Vancouver

Pay Rate: $75-125k/year
