Our main office is here in Hamilton and we deliver food and paper products to restaurants and bars in and around the Hamilton/Halton/Toronto area. We are looking for drivers who are interested in working for a established company who provides training, benefits and day shift hours.
Responsibilities include :
- assist in loading trucks and other warehouse tasks on arrival
- learn product and verify product with customer on delivery
- complete all required paperwork on delivery
- Pick up product at supplier locations
- Drive and operate trucks in a safe manner
Position Requirements :
- **Must have a valid "G" licence, "D" drivers licence preferred
- Previous driving experience in the downtown Hamilton area preferred
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and be able to withstand alot of walking, lifting and bending
- Must be able to work alone with little supervision
- Must be friendly, a team player, be reliable, punctual and poses good communication skills
Schedule requirements :
- Day shift Monday through Friday
- Approximately 30 - 40 hours per week, hours could vary
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Salary : $20.00-$24.00 per hour
