This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accurate information.Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.Uphold company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and security.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
