Understanding of the business goals, sales process, objectives and challenges Creating a fruitful partnership with players in assigned territory (ies), Understanding that each may work differently and that these differences are key to success. Collaboratively working alongside the outside sales partner through all the lead/opportunity/project stages . Creating virtual project folders and CRM opportunities, including all pertinent information for the customer’s project. Review incoming documents to ensure the information provided is complete and accurate to ensure a smooth buying process. Providing accurate information to the project design team for the creation of 3D designs and technical documentation. Preparing project quotes and proposals, using various sales software tools including the CRM, a product configurator, and a paperless proposal tool. Reviewing all documentation going out to customers for accuracy and precision and ensuring that it reflects the customer’s expectation. Gathering all information required for order placement and entering it into the CRM. Acting as the liaison between the outside sales team, customers, and internal teams including product development, logistics, accounting, and customer service, coordinating meetings with colleagues on projects that need clarification or more detailed information. Supporting the outside sales team with any task that will contribute to closing a sale or maintaining a client. Following up on project status and updating CRM with all information pertinent to project status. Acting as a liaison for technical questions, or any other questions that required internal specialists (AR, logistics, manufacturing, etc.) Keeping current on product, solutions knowledge, and updates pertinent to the business. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar role ideally in an international setting Bilingualism in English and French At ease with online collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office 365 Great communication skills.
