Matchbox is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in residential construction to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, including custom homes, renovations, and multi-family developments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of residential construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and ensure smooth workflow.Contract Management: Review and interpret contract drawings, specifications, and documents to ensure compliance and minimize risks.Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.Safety Compliance: Ensure all worksites comply with safety regulations and standards, conduct regular safety inspections, and address any concerns promptly.Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and financial records.
