About You: - Successful completion of the - National Dental Specialty Examination (NDSE) in Periodontics - Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or completion of the NDEB Equivalency Exam - Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements - Valid CPR Certification
