Hours :Monday to Friday; rotating 8:00am to 4:30pm, 10:00am to 6:30pm, 12:00pm to 8:00pm EST; rotating Saturdays and Sundays

Type : Full-Time; 6 months Fixed-Term Contract

We are seeking a Client Relations & Data Entry Specialist to become an important member of the A&D Results department. This position is very important to the overall success of our organization and requires professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is rotating day/evenings shift and weekend work.

Primary duties and responsibilities : Job specific Functions

  • Data entry of drug and alcohol testing paperwork;
  • Chain of Custody
  • POCT
  • Alcohol
  • Processing test results;
  • Lab result
  • Manual result

  • Collection only
  • Accurate Data entry of complicated sensitive information

Operational Functions

  • Work in conjunction with co-workers, supervisors and team leads to ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively on a daily basis;
  • Work in conjunction with co-workers, supervisors and team leads to ensure client turnaround expectations are met;
  • Ensure services are compliant with all applicable legislation;
  • Follow DriverCheck’s policies and procedures;
  • Operate successfully in a very fast paced and hectic environment;
  • Work independently and in a team environment;
  • Work with little supervision;
  • Other duties as may be assigned by the company

What you need to be successful in the role :

  • Ability to speak French (both written and verbal) is considered an asset
  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of data/field entry experience is cinsidered an asset
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Detail oriented with accuracy
